ELIGIBILITY: The Bride-To-Be Makeover Contest is open to entrants ages 18 and up. All employees of FAC (“Sponsor”) and all associated agencies are ineligible to participate in the Contest. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. In no way is this promotion sponsored or endorsed by Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or any other social media platform. This Contest is strictly through FAC.
PRIZES: Prizes are not redeemable for cash and no substitutions are allowed. The winner must have a consultation and be approved as a good candidate from a FAC medical provider. The final treatment plan will be determined by the provider based on the individual’s concerns and their suitability as a candidate. Treatments are not transferable and package may be adjusted at the sole discretion of FAC.
PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release all material submitted through the Contest, pre-treatment and post-treatment photographs and written copy of their experience throughout the contest and treatment(s), to FAC for marketing and educational purposes.
