At Facial Aesthetic Concepts, we have a variety of different injectable treatments to help you look your very best. Those treatments include;
Like JUVEDERM® Restylane is a natural cosmetic dermal filler that restores volume and fullness to the skin. Restylane is used to correct facial wrinkles, lines, and folds. Restylane can be used to augment lips, improve acne scars, and add volume to deflating cheeks and corners of the mouth.
Restylane is very safe. Restylane is made of a substance found naturally in the human skin. Consequently, Restylane is fully biocompatible, so no allergy testing is required. Restylane maintains its shape using the body’s own water. The hyaluronic molecule in Restylane is hydrophilic or “water loving.” As the hyaluronic molecules dissolve, the molecules binds to more water, which has the result of maintaining a lasting correction of the line, wrinkle or fold. How long does Restylane last? It is an excellent choice, providing lasting results for up to 6 months.
Restylane injections can be performed in any of our offices in about a half hour or less. The risk of bruising and swelling is minimal, especially with the techniques used at Facial Aesthetic Concepts. Contact us today to schedule a free consultation!
Radiesse® is a safe, next generation dermal filler that is FDA approved for the treatment of facial lines and wrinkles. Not only does Radiesse provide long term correction of lines and wrinkles (in many patients, the results may last for a year or more), but it can also be used to add volume to many areas of the face. Radiesse can be used for chin, cheek and nose augmentation, often times providing similar results to surgery with less cost and recovery.
Radiesse is made of unique calcium-based microspheres that are suspended in a water-based gel and injected into the skin through a simple, safe, and minimally invasive procedure. How long does Radiesse last? It can last up to one year, with approximately 30% of the original volume. Contact us today to schedule a free consultation!

Facial Aesthetic Concepts is now offering Sculptra® Aesthetic, an FDA approved cosmetic facial treatment that works gradually, resulting in a more youthful looking appearance that has been proven to last for years! Sculptra® Aesthetic has established itself to be first among the newest class of cosmetic treatments called bio-stimulators. Sculptra® Aesthetic is the only injectable aesthetic treatment that can provide patients with a natural looking and gradual result that is long lasting. Because the results occur gradually there is no dramatic overnight change. Indeed, your body reverses the signs of aging over a period of several months.
Why is Sculptra® Aesthetic so unique? This is better explained if we consider how the face ages. As we age, we lose collagen, fatty tissue, and even the thickness of the bones in our face. The loss of these essential components results in a loss of volume or fullness to the face. It is this loss of volume that is the primary cause of what we see as aging. Sculptra® Aesthetic works by stimulating your body to produce more collagen and other essential components. Over time, patients experience a gradual and significant increase in skin thickness, thereby improving the appearance of facial folds and hollowed areas such as the temples and cheeks.
Sculptra® Aesthetic is approved by the FDA as a safe cosmetic treatment for the correction of shallow to deep nasolabial folds (smile lines), contour deficiencies, and other facial concerns. In the United States, Sculptra injections has been FDA approved to help correct the loss of facial volume seen in HIV+ patients, since 2004. It has also been widely used in Europe for over a decade. Sculptra® Aesthetic is made from poly-L-lactic acid, which has been safely used by facial plastic surgeons for the past 25 years in stitches.
On average most patients will achieve their desired results after three to four treatments. Each treatment is spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart, providing a gradual improvement. The timeliness of the results patients the freedom to improve their appearance without the potential embarrassment from friends, family, or co-workers. Results from a recent study conducted for the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery (ASDS), showed that both experienced patients of injectable fillers and women prefer gradual results that last at least two years (75 percent) as opposed to immediate results that last only one year (25 percent).
